I would recommend Valor's platform because it takes a researched and targeted approach to esports performance development which is crucial for improving in titles such as Rocket League.

It allowed me to have access to a plethora of drills and workouts with instruction videos within seconds, giving me a lot of personal time back to plan for other esport related events.
